my therapist taught me to start thinking of my anxiety as my panicky friend

it’s working???

this is so cute omg

Woah this is super useful!!

For all my anxious friends out there.

This totally works! Some of us get stuck in the sense that we *are* our emotions, so they overwhelm us and we can’t do anything about them. When you give your emotion an identity separate from you, it gives you the distance to make better judgments about it, and to comfort yourself better. 10/10 therapy veterans would recommend.

Needed this today.

Started my Sims 4 legacy challenge today! My founder is Clara Destin, an aspiring writer who is family oriented. She married the child hating neat freak Asa Weston in a backyard ceremony…he doesn’t know that she’s expecting yet…

Anyways I’m playing this legacy challenge (my first) with a strictly traditional matriarchal lineage, so the eldest born daughter will continue the family line. Fun stuff!

A 14 year-old boy was recently raped at knife-point by a 20 year-old woman. When the story broke, it was primarily men who claimed he should have enjoyed it. It was feminists who validated his pain and spoke in support of him.

This is why we need feminism.
